1. Shipping & Delivery Ireland

• We ship orders within 1–3 business days.

• Standard delivery (An Post or courier) typically arrives in 1–3 working days.

2. Returns & Refunds

• You may return sealed products within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, for a full refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Opened or used items (e.g., cards, accessories) are non-returnable, unless faulty.

3. Payment Options

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

• PayPal

• Revolut

• All transactions are processed securely and comply with Irish consumer protection laws.

4. Selling Your Cards to Us

• We buy Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and other TCGs.

• We offer payment via PayPal, Revolut, or store credit (with bonus).

• Cards must be in good condition; we reserve the right to decline offers.

5. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship on or just before the official release date.

• If a release is delayed, we will notify you by email.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available (unless arranged otherwise).
