Made-to-Order Products
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once production has begun.
Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible as materials and production time have already been allocated to your order.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved due to a fault, damage, or our error, TCG Ireland will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
